The Littles lead church planting projects, help strengthen churches, train church leaders, and encourage missionaries.

Leading an evangelistic thrust in Tomioka city, Gunma prefecture;
Guiding a partnership of four churches in their evangelistic English class program in Nagoya city;
Developing a similar partnership with another four churches in Tokyo;
Pastoring a church in Tokyo on a part time basis for one year in order to strengthen it for a church planting project (which the Littles will likely lead);
Encouraging missionary women in Japan by leading the Women in Ministry commission of the Japan Evangelical Missionary Association (Ann);
Contributing to the education of missionary children in Japan by serving on the executive of the PTA of Christian Academy in Japan (Ann);
Training future pastors, missionaries, and lay leaders by teaching theology part time at two schools in greater Tokyo (Dale).
