Our children, when they are together, sometimes do crazy things! When we were packing, sorting, and getting ready to leave Tokyo for our 2006 summer home assignment in Canada--a generally hectic time of moving--they decided to try playing a video game upside down by lying on the floor. Even our dog, Sherman, wondered what they were up to. Notice the suitcases in the background.

Perhaps the photo at the right sums up one dynamic in their relationships with each other. Imagine this scenario:

Matthew: Come on! Let's go!

Bryan: Well, maybe we should think about it.

Kristy: No, wait! Don't go yet!
